Align the company culture to be driven and motivated to explore new ideas and learn new talents.
Does your organization have the skills it will need?
The skills needed to do well today are not necessarily the skills that will be in demand tomorrow. Digital and business skills are ever evolving to meet the needs of dynamic environments. To meet the modern demands of the market, organizations will have to set themselves apart more drastically from their competition through their skills, culture, and values.
People do not just download new skills and talents into their brains, they also can’t simply take one class, they require the correct resources, incentives, and access to successfully learn and use a new skill. Importantly, organizations must ensure their talent can flurish and that change is executed at every level.
“Companies need to have a “learn it all” culture not a “know it all" attitude.”
The power of the people that drive the process
Introducing changes to an organization’s digital technologies needs people internally to be excited and customers to feel more value from the change to make sense. A digital change should be an enhancement to better the experience of people.

Fundamentally the people in the organization at every level must be comfortable, happy, and excited about new digital changes for them to take off and truly enter the culture. If an employee can stay home more and skip a commute that benefit will make them excited for zoom calls. If managers can monitor teams progress on shared uploads, it provides greater oversight for a manager but a greater sense of privacy for the worker due to no one checking up on them in person. Making people excited through clearing highlighting advantages on an individual level will lead to faster more energetic adoption of new tools.
“What people do every day they will excel at, to have an organization that learns requires talent getting repetitive exposer to the skills they need”.
Change at every organisation Level
Creating true change needs everyone in an organization to work together. It is the embodiment of the collective efforts of the people at every level that manifests in real changes.
Executives. The people responsible for the governance of the organization must think in digital and agile ways. By exemplifying these traits and attributes they will serve to prove both an example and create a sense of unity with the talent through the organization.
Team Leaders. Being the leaders of teams, managers should serve as the talents primary example and point of content for helping inspire agile ideas, digital transformations, and cultural changes. Making it vital that the manager fully understand digital thinking to best enable the talent to shine.
Talent. The talent will require current and on-going training to equip them with all the skills needed to navigate in the modern digital working world. By continually cultivating a creative “learn it all” culture the talent will be inspired to upskill and contribute more as there greater understanding will provide them with more experience to create new ideas.
